- On 09 March 2012 the Government posted a Teach, Educate, and Coach (TEACH) Draft Performances Work Statement (PWS) and related survey enabling industry to provide feedback on the draft document. The Government has consolidated and answered questions received from industry on the survey responses to the TEACH Draft PWS. The questions and answers are provided as an attachment to this posting. Question 3 of the Draft PWS Survey requested permission to post company information of interested parties to facilitate teaming and small business participation. This list is also provided as an attachment to this posting. While it is the Government's desire to continue to maintain active communication with interested parties, the Government respectfully request that industry meeting request to be limited to companies we haven't met with yet so we can focus our attention in preparing the Acquisition Strategy and supporting documentation for Office of the Secretary of Defense review and approval. The Government will continue to provide information, draft documentation, and program updates on the Federal Business Opportunities website (https://www.fbo.gov/) as soon as they become available. Industry is encouraged to register for an account on FedBizOpps and visit this posting on a periodic basis. It is recommended that this posting be added to your "watch list", as defined in the FedBizOpps Vendor Guide, which will place this posting on a quick link on the vendor home page as well as provide notifications when this announcement is amended.
