Street level drive-into warehouse for large vehicles •· The office space will require HVAC, warehouse must be well ventilated; Office will have a LAN room that will required 24/7 HVAC. •· Secure fenced and lighted storage area will be segregated to the rear of the building for outside storage; approximately 153,000 sq ft in size max --- 51,000 sq ft min. Can be gravel surface. •· Desired location will be low vehicular traffic preferably in a "rural" or sparsely populated area. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
