- In an effort to standardize the hydraulic servicing units at the Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD), this solicitation is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Tronair Inc., as described in solicitation package. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. This solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date/time will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. Solicitation to be issued on or about 15 May 2012. No telephonic inquiries.
