Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT USING OTHER THE FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION : The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to extend its current lease to allow enough time to complete the renovations for the agencies new location. State: Florida City: Naples Delineated Area: Within the CBD Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,500 Space Type: Class A Office Space Parking Spaces (Total): 52 Parking Spaces (Surface): 52 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 1 year Firm Term: 6 Months Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: 1. 1. The Government will only consider alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Space must be ready for occupancy by 6/22/2012 2. Space should be Class A, professional quality office space 3. Brokers or agents may represent the property owner, but written authorization from the owner is required. Subleases are not acceptable. The cost of a physical move as well as the cost of new space alterations will be taken into consideration when determining whether or not relocation from the existing location is economically advantageous. The associated build-out costs of an offered location will be considered when determining whether economically advantageous. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
