- Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC- Fort Drum), Fort Drum, NY intends to award a sole source contract for Land Mobile Radio System Maintenance to Harris Corporation 221 Jefferson Ridge Parkway Lynchburg VA 24501. The current Land Mobile Radio System used on Fort Drum is manufactured by Harris Corporation and the software contained therein includes information that is proprietary to Harris Corporation. Distributors of the system are not permitted to provide the required technical assistance and software support needed for the existing Land Mobile Radio System. Continued maintenance of Fort Drum's Land Mobile Radio System is necessary in order to achieve mission requirements. Interested parties may identify their interest in, and capability to respond to future requirements of this nature by submitting documentation indicating their capabilities and qualifications to the identified point of contact no later than 29 May 2012. The information received will be considered solely for informational purposes and the Government will not pay for such information received.
