- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 Contracting Office, located at 4101 South 4th Street Trafficway, Leavenworth, KS intends to enter into an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for Ophthalmologist Services provided on-site at the Wichita, KS VAMC. The term of the contract is a base of one year with four one-year option periods. Solicitation documents are anticipated to be available May 15, 2012 or shortly thereafter and will be posted via the Federal Business Opportunities website. This requirement is being solicited under the authority of Public Law 104-262, 38 U.S.C. 8153 and FAR Part 15. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Prospective offerors should not expect notification of issuance of amendments other than via the Federal Business Opportunities website and are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted. Prior to submission of a proposal, offerors are expected to read the solicitation documentation in its entirety to fully understand the scope of work, terms, and conditions of the requirement(s). Offerors who are unable to access or open uploaded attachments may contact the Contracting Officer to obtain copies.
