- Sources Sought Notice Number OPM35-12-R-0002 The purpose of Sources Sought Notice Number OPM35-12-R-0002 to identify small businesses capable of providing specialized medical review advisory opinions specific to medical and dental disputed claims, pre-service requests (prior approval and precertification), consultation services, and special projects for the United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) Health Insurance Groups located in Federal Employee Insurance Operations in order to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business set-aside is possible. This notice is not a solicitation for proposals. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes. OPM will treat your response to this notice as information only. Any information you submit in response to this notice is voluntary. All information will become the property of the Government. Please note that the collection of this information does not obligate the U.S. Government to the incorporation of the solicited comments in any future procurement action, nor does it obligate the Government to the procurement of any services or products related to this notice. Responses to this notice do not affect a potential offeror's ability to respond to any future solicitation, which may or may not follow. The Government will not provide reimbursement for any information that may be submitted in response to this notice. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website for the release of any future information. Unless otherwise stated herein, no additional information is available at this time, and any request for additional information will be disregarded at this time.
