Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N61340-12-T-0032 applies and is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-58. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519 with a Small Business size standard of 150 employees. Background: Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division has a requirement to procure and deliver spares for the F/A-18 E/F/G Brief/Debrief Station (BDS) at the following training sites: NAS Lemoore, CA; NAS Oceana, VA; and NAS Whidbey Island, WA. See Specification for part number and quantity requirements. Product/Services Requirements: The contractor shall provide spares that satisfy functional requirements identified in Product Specification For F/A-18 E/F/G Technical Direction List III Brief/Debrief Station (BDS) Spares. Proposal Requirements: The proposal shall provide costs for each Part Number identified in attached document. In addition to prices for each item (Part Number), offerors shall provide a technical document indicating to what extent their proposed product meets the attached Product Specifications. Award Criteria: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to this notice represents the lowest price technically acceptable to the Government. The failure of an offeror to provide information sufficient to determine conformance with the solicitation or evaluation factors may result in the offeror being ineligible for award. Proposals that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by the Agency. Proposals submitted should be valid for a period of at least 60 days. A firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded. Delivery: Delivery required 30 days after date of award. Acceptance at destination. FOB point destination.
