Description

Business Management Questionnaires ACH Form Cover Letter Solicitation Document This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.2 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is CT2088-12 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005- 58. The North American Industry Classification System code is NAICS 313230 (Nonwoven Fabric Mills). UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a one (1) year firm fixed price requirements type contract. The product is a commercial item, Fabric for Disaster Blanket Program, delivered to one (1) location (THTM Terre Haute, IN).
