- Wanted to Lease by USDA REQUIREMENT: The U. S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Glencoe, Minnesota, is interested in leasing approximately 4,300 rentable square feet of office space together with 21 onsite paved parking spaces. The rentable space shall yield between 3,826 and 4,000 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class office space. Preference will be given to first floor space. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: - Space must be contiguous - Specific Information Technology requirement Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease [is/is not] required. Offered space shall not be in the [100/500] year flood plain. TERM: The lease is for ten years. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, the building location must be within an area bound on the north by County Road 3 and the city limits, east by County Road 1, south by County Road 33 and the city limits, west by County Road 83 and the city limits. A detailed map of the delineated area is available by contacting the primary contract. OCCUPANCY: Space to be ready for occupancy by September 1, 2012 EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building Name and Address or Site Location and Address 2. Location of space within the building. 3. Rentable square feet offered and full-service rental rate per square foot 4. ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet and the Common Area Factor 5. Amount of onsite paved parking available 6. Date of Space Availability 7.
