Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN)20, is soliciting quotes for a contractor to provide dental prosthesis services for the Roseburg VA Medical Center facility. A complete statement of work will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation will result in the award to a single contractor of a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity. The anticipated period of performance 1 June 2012 to 30 May 2013 for a base year plus four(4) one-year option periods. This procurement is a Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. The Request for Proposals(RFP) number is VA260-12-R-0605. The applicable NAICS code is 339116 and the small business size standard is 500 employees.
