- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - APG, Natick Contracting Division, intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source, to Teton Buildings LLC, for a ESS model J-9472 Modular Building system. Teton Buildings LLC is the sole proprietor of this System and this product is being procured for testing and evaluation purposes.
