- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: TX City: San Antonio Delineated Area: Northern boundary: Starting from the intersection of Interstate 10 and State Highway 1604 Loop and traveling in an easterly direction along State Highway 1604 Loop to the intersection of State Highway 1604 and Highway 281. Eastern boundary: From the intersection of State Highway 1604 Loop and Highway 281 and travelling in a southbound direction along Highway 281 to the intersection of Highway 281 and Loop 410. Southern boundary: From the intersection of Highway 281 and Loop 410 and traveling in a westbound direction along Loop 410 to the intersection of Loop 410 and Interstate 10. Western boundary: From the intersection of Loop 410 and Interstate 10 and traveling in a northbound direction along Interstate 10 and ending at the intersection of Interstate 10 and State Highway 1604 Loop. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,780 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,780 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 21 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 21 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space cannot be located on the first, second, or top floor of the building.
