- This notice is issued by NASA Ames Research Center to post a Request forInformation via the internet, and solicit responses from interested parties. An RFI document is attached to this posting, with details on the information that NASAARC requests. This RFI is for information and planning purposes and to allow industrythe opportunity to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirement, as well asto promote competition.Prospective offerors are invited to submit written responses via email to the questionsposed in the RFI document, as well as any questions to: MARIANNE.SHELLEY@NASA.GOV, nolater than June 8, 2012. When responding reference CONFORMALRFI-L in your email subjectline response. ARC is seeking capability statements from all interested parties, including Small, SmallDisadvantaged (SDB), 8(a), Woman-owned (WOSB), Veteran Owned (VOSB), Service DisabledVeteran Owned (SD-VOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) businesses,and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU)/Minority Institutions (MI) forthe purposes of determining the appropriate level of competition and/or small businesssubcontracting goals. The Government reserves the right to consider a Small, 8(a),Woman-owned (WOSB), Service Disabled Veteran (SD-VOSB), or HUBZone business set-asidebased on responses hereto.This presolicitation synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government,nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response.
