Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE AG-02RC-S-12-0085 Three Rivers Ranger District Kootenai National Forest Idaho / Montana Acquisition Team HIATT CREEK CULVERT REPLACEMENT RAC. Work consists of removal of existing culvert and replacing with a contractor-furnished 66-inch span X 51-inch rise (70-foot length) corrugated metal pipe arch. Additionally, approximately 300 feet of Forest Service Road 4640 in the immediate area of the culvert replacement is to be re-aligned. Work includes clearing, roadway excavation, aggregate and riprap placement, and installation of drainage features at the site. NOTE: Interested parties are encouraged to visit the worksite; no pre-award site visit is planned. To reach worksite, travel south approximately 20 miles south of Troy, Montana on Forest Service Road 4640 via US Highway 2, and Lake Creek County Road (Forest Service Road 384), Forest Service Road 604, and Forest Service Road 4640. Estimated Start Work Date: June 25, 2012. Anticipated Issuance Date: May 20, 2012. NAICS: 237310 - Culverts, highways, road and street, construction PSC: Y222 - Construct/highways-roads-streets-bridges Price Range: $25,000 to $100,000. Set-aside: HUB Zone Set-Aside.
