Description

The Department of Justice has a need for the lease of 1 reserve and 49 nonreserve parking spaces for the period of October 1, 2012 thru September 30, 2013 and may include up to four one year options to extend the term of the contract. The spaces will be assigned to Department of Justice employees. There is a geographic restriction. The automobile entrance to any parking facility offered by the contractor must be located within a three block radius of 5107 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available on or about May 24, 2012. The RFQ will be posted on the General Service Administrations Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) web-site www.fbo.gov. The FBO site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments will also be distributed through the FBO site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
