- Description
- NSN: 1560-01-484-3263, Window Panel, Aircraft. Bell Helicopter, CAGE 97499, P/N 209-034-308-105. Approved sources: Llamas Plastics, CAGE 8P093. Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP 106. Requested delivery is 456 DAFAA. Government First Article Testing is required and a Production Lot Testing Required. Item is Critical Safety Item and no surge requirements exists. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Configuration Control Applies. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 16 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 4 each for the base year only. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is May 26, 2012. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
