- The Federal Highway Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to the Industrial Resource Council (IRC) for the 2012 IRC Conference being held November 27, 2012 in Indianapolis, Indiana. The conference will provide proper reuse methods of materials, case studies of real life application, research papers findings, details on the material availability and location, specifications for use, as well as best practices for the material. IRC will not only host the workshop they will also provide the logistics for the workshop and provide their own facilitators. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is May 23, 2012.
