(64663) P/N 04-1001-05-2, Eaton Industrial Corporation (86090) P/N 61269, Parker Hannifin Corporation (92003) P/N 2820124-102, TAT Technologies (S4883) P/N 5166-2. Quantity: 371 each with an option tomprocure up to an additional 371 each at a date to be determined after the date of the contract up to 14 days prior to the final delivery date. Required Delivery: 250 Days after the date of the contrract. FOB: Destination. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Government First Article Testing (FAT) is required for manufacturers that have not been previously approved for waiver of FAT or that have not supplied the item within the last three years. Based on market research this item is not known to be a commercial item and will not be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, acquisition of Commercial Items. The response date referenced above is an estimate. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 24, 2012 approximately 15 days after this notice is posted on this website and in The Commerce Business Daily. The DSCC website URL is https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. the solicitation will not be available until the issue date on or about May 24, 2012. Price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers. The final decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other factors described in the solicitation. Written offers are required and are to be submitted on the solicitation package to the bid room at the Defense Supply Center Columbus, P.O. Box 3990, Columbus, OH 43218-3990, faxed to the bid room at fax number (614) 692-4275 or emailed to the DSCC Bid Room at ContractorProposalDLALandandMaritime@dla.mil. Email proposals should not be larger than 15MB. Proposals should NOT be emailed or faxed directly to the Buyer.
