- The General Services Administration (GSA) currently occupies 11,133 rentable square feet of office and related space at the Public Ledger Building, 150 S. Independence Mall West, Philadelphia, PA 19106-3413. The Government intends on exercising a five year renewal option at this location. The Government will consider alternated locations if economically advantageous to the Government and if all space requirements can be met. Factors used in the costs of all tenant improvements, the physical move, move coordination, telecommunication costs, security costs, etc. The impact on the agency's mission will also be assessed. Any offered property must be located within the Philadelphia, PA CBD. The lease term will be for five (5) years with termination rights upon 90 days notice. Owners and Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter granting permission to makea general offering of the space. Expressions of interest shall be submitted within seven days and must include the building name and address, a description of the offered space, the rentable square feet and the rentable rate per square foot. This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposal. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
