Description

The United States Government seeks to lease office and warehouse space of approximately 1,500 square feet in the Bay City, Michigan, area. It currently occupies 1,433 square feet in the area and will enter into a renewal option with the current lessor if no other space that meets the Government's requirements is available. Any space submissions should yield between 1,100 and 1,300 usable square feet with a minimum of 8 vehicle parking spaces and be ready no later than December 1, 2012. Any space offered much meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Please note that the Government seeks existing commercial space. Given that the Government already occupies space within the area, it will take into consideration any and all move and replication costs associated with moving to a new location.
