Notice of Intent - Sole Source Date Posted:05/09/2012 Closing Date: 05/15/2012 11 am The Department of Veterans Affairs, SAO West, NCO19 - Grand Junction, Colorado, intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order in accordance with FAR Parts 8, 12 & 13 a task order issued against FSS/GSA contract for a base period and 4 option periods. This notice document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58, April 18, 2012. The North America Industry Classification System Code [NAICS] is 541519 - Other computer Related Services and the size standard is $25.0M The government has determined that Document Storage Systems, INC. is the only source that can satisfy this agency requirement. The requirement is for Provide Software and Training for VistA Chemotherapy Manager (VCM) Commercial off the shelf (COTS) integrates to the Department of Veterans Affairs systems. This software and training is to include small hospital annual limited license for Sheridan VAMC, WY. All responsible sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by The Department of Veterans Affairs, SAO West, NCO19 - Grand Junction, Colorado. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals. Any company that feels they have items that meet the needs of the Government must submit their technical data (2 pages or less) to support their claim. The information must explain the company's ability to overcome propriety information; ablity to interface with the Department of Veterans Affairs VISTA system, and list your FSS/GSA contract number.
