- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: City, State: Bellingham, Washington Delineated Area: North: Airport Drive to West Bakerview; South: State Route 11- Old Fairhaven Parkway to Donovan Avenue; East: I-5 to James Street West: East Chestnut Street to Waterfront. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,716 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,002 ABOA Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): • Four (4) Secured/ Inside parking spaces. • Fifteen (15) Un-secured, outside parking spaces. • Three (3) parking spaces commercially available or off-street parking within two (2) blocks walking distance from the proposed location. Full Term: Ten (10) Years (120-Months) Firm Term: Five (5) Years (60-Months) Option Term: Two (2), Five Year (5-Yr) renewal options upon 120-days written notice. Additional Requirements: 1) Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered and contact information of the authorized representative. 2) All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submissions received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received, which must also be submitted prior to the Expression of Interests Due Date. 3) In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. • Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. • A fully serviced lease is required. • Offered space shall not be in the base (100-year) flood plain.
