- Aminopryalid (Trade Name Milestone) or equivalent plus shipping to 59859 quote sheet Solicitation: AG-03R6-S-12-0058 Agency/Office: Forest Service Location: R-1 Western Montana Acquisition Zone (Lolo NF; Flathead NF; Bitterroot NF; Regional Office; Aerial Fire Depot) Title: Herbicide for Plains/Thompson Falls This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number AG-03R6-S-12-0058 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text format at http://www.arnet.gov/far. This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 424910 and small business size standard of 100 employees. The quote form is attached to this solicitation. NOTE: the West Zone Reforestation and Weed Management Coordinator has considered the available Bio-based herbicides and determined that there are none currently available that meet the performance standards set forth in the applicable specifications with regards to application requirements. Delivery to be FOB Destination, Plains Ranger District, 408 Clayton, Plains, MT 59859. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 52.212-2, Evaluation --Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price and other factors. Other factors include ability to provide items in accordance with specifications and delivery schedule. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.204-8 Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders--Commercial Items to include clauses, 52.232-33-Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Central Contractor Registration, 52.247-34--F.O.B. Destination, 52.222-19-Child Labor-Cooperation with Authorities and Remedies, 52.222-37-- Employment Reports on Special Disabled Veterans, Veterans of the Vietnam Era and Other Eligible Veterans.
