- This is a Request for Information for the U.S. Army, 409th Contracting Support Brigade (409th CSB), Theater Contracting Center (TCC), Unit 23156, APO, AE 09227-3156. This Request for Information seeks to gather Industry input as it pertains to the use of Award Terms & the effects of using a Multiple Award versus a Single Award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract approach. Specific questions to industry are attached. This is the second notice for this acquisition under solicitation number W564KV-12-R-0017, Installation Maintenance Contract (IMC)- Stuttgart. The original synopsis under this solicitation number was posted on 17 April 2012, to include the posting of a Draft PWS and Draft CLIN Structure. The TCC intends to procure a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with Time and Material (T&M) line items for the Installation Maintenance Services for U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart (USAG-S), and surrounding areas to include US Army Installation Areas, Army Family Housing, Unaccompanied Personnel Housing and leased facilities. This requirement will include all management, material, supplies, supervision, personnel, labor, facilities, transportation, general and specialized equipment, maintenance, repair, and minor construction. The contemplated Period of Performance includes a base period of 12 months plus four (4) option years, and a potential to earn up to three (3) additional one (1)-year Award Terms. The acquisition will be solicited under full and open competition. A solicitation will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) and Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOps), on or about September 2012.
