Description
Essential Service Form 1423 RFP Appendix C for Safety Plan Safety Plan Form 1423 Wage Determination PWS The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials (except as listed in Appendix 5.4) transportation and services to provide preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, programming, demilitarization, and removal of commercial-made, government-owned two-way land mobile radio communications equipment for Robins AFB, GA. Tasks include maintenance and repair on an as-called-for basis, for the base paging system, all ancillary equipment (i.e. battery chargers, programming cables, pagers, vehicle light-bars and sirens) and the Motorola trunked Land Mobile Radio system to include conventional items and system software. The contractor shall respond and restore all LMR equipment in compliance with Net/Equipment Restoral Priority listing (appendix 5.1). The contractor shall provide engineering service to correct malfunctions in any equipment, nets, or systems. **This will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside** ** Contractor MUST hold a Factory Mutual (FM) certification that allows repair of intrinsically safe (IS) radios** Anticipated Contract will be one base year (12 months) and four option years. NAICS CODE for this requirement is 811213 (size standard is $6.5 Million) SEE SECTION L&M of attached solicitation for evaluation factors and directions to offerors Site-Visit information A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, May 15. Attendees will meet at the Museum of Aviation and the bus/van will leave promptly at 9:30 am EST. This site visit is not mandatory, however, contractors attending the site visit MUST ride the bus/van and are NOT authorized to arrive onsite unescorted, nor allowed to come before or stay after the scheduled visit. Attendance is limited to no more than 2 attendees per company. The name of attendees MUST be sent to Ed Holden at edward.holden@Robins.af.mil no later than 4:00 pm EST on Thursday, May 10, 2012.
