Description

Texp portion SF1449 Jet Etching Decapsulation System meeting the following requirements: -Jet etching decapsulation controller unit utilizing a mixed acid system -Micro-meeting pump-Carbide etch head -Five 500 ml bottles -PVC bottle holders -Must be able to decapsulate chips in place while on a circuit board -Must be able to decapsulate chips without electrical damage to the die, bond wires or board. -Decapsulated parts must still have a very high chance of operating normally afterwards. -Must use a vacuum seal to keep acid mix contained within the die area. -Must be able to decapsulate a wide variety of package types and sizes (especially small BGA packages) -Must work with package sizes of approximately 0.8cm x 0.8cm to 2.5cm x 2.5cm. -Must keep acids well contained and provide for easy disposal of spent acids. -It is acceptable that the equipment need to be used in a fume hood. Pricing to include delivery FOB Destination to 74104 area code. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror meeting the above specifications.
