- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request For Quote for catering service on 16-22 MAY12 at Marseilles Training Center in Marsellies Illinois for The Illinois Army National Guard (ILARNG). There is NO kitchen/facility available for vendor use. The ILARNG does NOT provide vendor lodging. Please review attached Statement Of Work (SOW) and 14 Day Menu. The meal codes (ie B-1) on SOW for this event are found in the 14 day menu spreadsheet. The number of people being served daily, can be found in the parenthesis on the SOW.
