- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE This publication serves as notice of intent to procure services for the Department of the Interior, National Park Service, on a sole source basis, with: Siemens Industry, Inc., 2520 Roland Road, P.O. Box 81046, Fairbanks, AK 99709. The required services are for seasonal re-start of the Siemens Energy Display System and Point Creation and programming to incorporate CT values for 3 solar panels into calculations for the Energy Display System (public kiosk). Under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), the value of the contract is expected to be under $5,500.00. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals or quotations received in response to this notice. The permit will be procured under Firm Fixed Price Supply in accordance with FAR 12 procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1.
