Description

Sole Source Justification The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) intends to award a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for five years to the Congressional Award Foundation, 379 Ford House Office Building, Washington, DC 20515. CNCS has a requirement to purchase registration fees for the Congressional Award. Congressional Award Foundation is the only available source that presents the award for service. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue the award as other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and is solely at the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
