- Solicitation and Statement of Work Contracting POC Susan Mahoney 301-757-8985 Susan.mahoney1@navy.mil The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Patuxent River, MD intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is set-aside for small business, under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract; go to https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx to register. The government will not pay for any information received. Offerors may submit proposals via via email to the Contracting POC; all emailed proposals must reach the Contracting POC by the closing date of Friday, May 18, 2012 by 5 PM (EST). Please contact the contracting POC if you require another form of submission, such as fax or mail. Award is expected May 22, 2012. Provide written proposal for services. Period of performance is one year from the date of award.
