- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q-12-T-0014 is issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. NAICS for determination of size status is 334515. CLIN 0010: SET, STAB POSITION SENSOR/LIMIT SWITCH. Part Number: 10-1009-56. Quantity: 1. Description: Tester for H-60A/L/M aircraft and allows maintenance crew to verify stabilator position sensor and limit switch while on aircraft or bench. CLIN 0020: SET, INSTRUMENT DISPLAY SYSTEM LINE H6. NSN: 4920-01-592-6411. Quantity: 1. Description: Simulates input voltages to each SDC displayed on the CDU/PDU in the cockpit of the H-60. CLIN 0030: SET, AFCC, H 60. Ultrax Part Number: 09-1009-03. NSN: 4920-01-585-8568. Quantity: 1. Troubleshoots the H-60A/L AFCS (Automatic Flight Control System). Description: Interfaces with the AFCC's Built-In Test Equipment (BITE) and simulates specific flight conditions and evaluates the AFCC's response. CLIN 0040: SET, SERIES 1 POD ADAPTER. NSN: 4920-01-585-8590. Description: Tests a wide variety of systems. Contains a menu-driven user interface. The following FAR provisions apply: FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration.
