- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation (Request for Quotation) reference number is FA5215-12-T-0008. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-51. Offerors are required to forward proposal and technical documentation by 4:00 p.m. HST 9 May 2012. DESCRIPTION: Acquisition of Civil Engineering Building Materials (SEE ATTACHED PART SHEET). FOB Destination to Bellows Air Station, Waimanalo, Hawaii 96795. Items to be received by 22-23 May 2012.
