- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, N4019212RCW2033, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55. This procurement is a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. The NAICS code is 325320 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001 (Quantity: 1 EA) HERBICIDE SPRAYER Specifications: • Trailer mounted 200 - 250 gallon tank • At least 8 H.P. engine • Reinforced polyethylene tank with 2 hatches -needs 2 hatches for mixing chemicals in the tank • Mechanical agitation with full length stainless steel shaft and paddles • 3 piston diaphragm pump producing at least 14 gallons per minute pressure • Pressure regulator with manual controls • Trailer tire size at least 20x10.00 • Screw type, pin away tongue jack • 20 foot folding sprayer boom • Hose real with hand crank to hold 300' of hose • Hand gun sprayer • 250 - 300' of 3/8" hose • Minimum Trailer dimensions: width - 54 inches; Length - 102 inches; Height - 48"; Weight - 490 pounds Quotations should include PRODUCT LITERATURE & PROPOSED DELIVERY SCHEDULE with shipment to Andersen Air Force Base Guam at address: 36th Civil Engineering Squadron Unit 14007 Andersen Air Force Base Guam APO, AP 96543-4007 AND/OR Tracy Depot at address: CCP WHSE. 30 25600 South Chrisman Road Tracy, CA 95376-5000 Place of contract performance is Andersen AFB, Yigo, Guam 96929. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items.
