- KC-46 ATS RFP Amendment 0001 Cover Page Updated: 7 May 2012 Due to a clerical error, the Amendment 0001 update posted to FBO on 4MAY2012 included an unofficial version of the document titled KC-46 RFP Revision Dated 5 May 2012.pdf. This document lacked the effective date in box 3 of the SF 30. This update is to provide the official version of Amendment 0001, document KC-46 RFP Revision Dated 5 May 2012.pdf. This is NOT an additional Amendment to solicitation FA8621-11-R-6251; the only difference between the document posted on 4MAY2012 and this updated document is the inclusion of the effective date in block 3 of the SF30.
