Description

RFQ for Verity Ultraseek Maintenance The Office of Information Technology Services has the overall administrative and technical responsibility for IT within the Library of Congress, specifically, for managing IT programs, systems, and services; advising the Chief Information Officer, Library officials and other Government officials on IT issues; determining personnel and other resource requirements for the Library's and other Legislative Branch IT programs; and preparing budget estimates for review and submission by the Librarian of Congress for inclusion in the budget of the U.S. government. The management and staff in ITS work to satisfy customer requirements, to provide outstanding customer service, and to represent customer interests. The purpose of this to renew the Ultraseek license and maintenance support necessary for the continued services (detailed below) supporting the LOC website to index and search all static HTML web pages on our public and staff sites. The Maintenance and support shall include updates to the most current releases and version of the product, bug fixes, patches or workarounds, hotline support via Web, email and telephone support. The description of service is: Verity Ultraseek Maintenance for 1 Million Documents CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS Contractor must be Verity Ultraseek or an authorized dealer/reseller. Ultra Seek 1 Million Document License (production use) CCE and Database Module
