Public telephone service with copper and fiber optic circuits must be available at the property, at the sole cost of the offeror, so that no offsite cable installation is required for the Government to establish campus connectivity with its leased facility at 408 Coast Guard Drive, Martinsburg, WV. The cost of this item shall be captured in the offeror's shell rental rate. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
