Description

The VA Network Contract Administration for Upstate, New York intends to award a sole source Purchase Contract with GE Healthcare, Waukesha, WI. for the replacement of Portable X-Ray Device Detecotr for the VA Medical Center in Buffalo, NY that is a critical device for providing medical care to Veterans and includes proprietary software and service documents. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation package will be available. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely within the discretion of the Government.
