- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia plans to competitively procure: 1. HVAC System #1 (Per Drawings/Specs) attached. (1 Lot) 2. Duplicate HVAC System (Per Drawings/Specs) attached. (1 Lot) 3. Shipping (1 Lot) Bidders submitting responses as a result of this notice must provide written documentation that they are authorized to service their products. Award will be made on an all or none basis. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized in the award of a firm fixed price (FFP) delivered (FOB Destination) product. Bidders who respond to this notice shall supply, as part of their quote/bid, the following: Quote, payment terms, delivery schedule (ARO), D&B#, CCR Status, ORCA Status, and shall not be listed on the Suspended or Debarred Listing (EPLS) at time of award. Billing shall be made through the electronic Wide Area Workflow System (WAWF): https://wawf.eb.mil/ This requirement shall close on 11 May 2012. Award is expected on or before 18 May 2012.
