U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Minnesota City: St. Paul, Mendota Heights, West Saint Paul, Lilydale, South St. Paul, Mendota, and Sunfish Lake Delineated Area: North: Mississippi River South: I-494 East: Mississippi River West: Mississippi River/Minnesota River Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,400 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,640 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered location must have the ability to accomodate parking and/or turnaround of commercial motor vehicles or there must be street parking available for commercial motor vehicles. Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, ABOA square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, provide written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
