Ft. (ABOA): 2,400 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,640 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered location must have the ability to accomodate parking and/or turnaround of commercial motor vehicles or there must be street parking available for commercial motor vehicles.
