- Draft SOW REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: In accordance with FAR 10.001, the government is conducting market research to determine whether or not industry possesses sources capable and willing to perform the following requirements for the 72 Air Base Wing (72 ABW) at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma. This RFI/Sources Sought notice is not a request for proposal and in no way obligates the Government to establish a relationship with any business entity. This RFI / sources sought notice contains currently available information. This information is subject to change at any time. Contract Out Catering and Foodservice Operations at the Tinker Club: This requirement is to provide catering and foodservice operations to authorized patrons, per AFI 34-262, Services Programs and Use Eligibility for Tinker Club facility located in building 5603 (B5603) at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma, with ensuing establishment and operation of a full service catering and foodservice operation upon project completion. Catering and Foodservice Operations in B5603 at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma shall be in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). The Government considers that contracting out the Catering and Foodservice Operations at Tinker Club (B5603) as an investment opportunity for companies capable and willing to provide long term Food Service Operations at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. INSTRUCTIONS: Interested vendors are requested to provide the following information: 1) General Information about your firm (Company Name, Address, Point of Contact with Telephone and FAX numbers and E-mail address, GSA Schedule Number (if applicable), Cage Code, DUNS Number, Tax ID Number); 2) Capability Statement (company overview, qualifications, past performance). Responses to this Notice are due to the government no later than Friday, June 1, 2012 at 12:00 Noon CDT and shall be submitted electronically via email to the attention of Maurice Summers at maurice.summers@tinker.af.mil, Contracting Officer, and Kimberly DeLong, Contracting Specialist at kimberly.delong2@tinker.af.mil. In the event email is unavailable, responses can be sent by fax to 405-739-7957. Access by the Government to information in any files attached to the response is the responsibility of the submitting party. The Government is not responsible for any failure to access vendor information. Request for Site Visits and any questions regarding this notice can be emailed to the Contracting Officer and Contracting Specialist listed above. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars.
