- Attachment 4 Wage Determination Attachment 3 QASP Attachment 2 PRS Attachment 1 PWS Solicitation Part 2 Solicitation Part 1 The U.S. Coast Guard Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC) is procuring services under Solicitation HSCG84-12-R-L50M00. This acquisition is to provide all personnel, management, supervision, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to perform janitorial services that maintain a clean, safe and quality environment for all visitors, military/civilian, and resident personnel for the USCG Sector San Diego, San Diego, CA and USCG Maritime Safety and Security Team (MSST) 91109 located at the nearby Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, CA. The period of performance is one (1) base year, beginning 1 October 2012 through 30 September 2013, with four (4) one year options (1 October - 30 September). Proposals are due by 3 pm Pacific Standard Time on June 6, 2012. This acquisition will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13.5, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract for this request for proposal to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation, and that will be the best value for the Government, price and other factors considered. The requirement is 100% set aside for HUBZone certified small business. The NACIS Code is 561720. The size standard is $16.5M. No paper copies of the solicitation will be distributed. All contractors will be responsible for obtaining the solicitation and subsequent amendments from www.fbo.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will also be provided on the internet using the same protocol listed above. A site visit is planned for May 16, 2012 at 9 am Pacific Standard Time.
