- Description
- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Division intends to purchase information technology support services in support of the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) Deputy Chief for Information Management/Information Technology/Chief Information Office (M6/CIO) located in Falls Church, Virginia. The scope of duties include support of M6 in the following areas project management; administrative support; IT Governance; IT Privacy and Security policy and planning; IT Program Planning and Coordination; IT Workforce Training; IT Information Integration; and IT Business Intelligence development. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate competitively. This is a competitive, unrestricted action. The placement of an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with the ability to place both cost plus fixed fee and firm fixed priced task orders, from 01 January 2013 through 31 December 2013, plus two one-year options ending 31 December 2015, if all options are exercised, is anticipated. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued to Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) https://www.neco.navy.mil under solicitation N00189-12-R-Z056 on or around 5 June 2012.
