- Project consists of constructing a heated pre-engineered 2500 sq. ft building. with large overhead doors that will be used for vehicle storage. Contract performance is 180 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Project is a 100% small business set-aside with NAICS Code 236220, with a small business size standard of $33.5M. All responsible bidders must be CCR registered to be considered for award. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) on or about 17 May 2012 and can be accessed at www.fbo.gov. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring the FBO site for the solicitation package and other pertinent information and downloading their own copies.
