Description

The U.S. Navy is seeking information on commercial systems to protect High Value Assets (HVAs) against the diver threat in the littoral environments at short notice for limited time periods. The system will have the ability to detect and track divers so that non-specialist operators may monitor the waters near an HVA. The system should also allow the operator to initiate an underwater audible warning and apply nonlethal force to persuade the diver(s) to leave the protected area. These functions will be integrated into one command console, allowing the operator to remotely monitor and control the protected waters.
