- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - PRESERVATION OF OUTDOOR STATUARY W91247-12-T-0029 The Mission Contracting Office - Fort Brag (MCO-FB) g, North Carolina intends to award, on a sole source basis in accordance with 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements", a firm-fixed price contract with Theodore F. Monnich to provide recurring assessment and repair of wear and/or damage to statues located outdoors at the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Memorial Plaza on Fort Bragg, NC. The conservator shall belong to the American Institute for Conservation of Artistic and Historic Works. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541990, "All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services," with a small business standard of $14 million. Interested parties may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 2:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time, 7 May 2012. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
