- SOURCES SOUGHT. This is a sources sought announcement only! This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources such as 8(a), HubZone, small disadvantage, service disabled veteran-owned business, and small business relative to NAICS 623220, size standard $7M. Responses will be used to determine appropriate acquisition decisions. The Department of Veterans Affairs, William Jennings Bryan Dorn (WJBD) VA Medical Center, 6439 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, SC 29209 is seeking sources for a potential contract to provide housing for homeless Veterans Services in the Greenville area at the contractor's location to patients referred by the WJBD VA Medical Center. The contractor shall furnish: Clean sleeping and bathroom facilities, two nutritious meals a day Monday-Friday and three meals Saturday and Sunday, laundry facilities, therapeutic and rehabilitative services and other services that will be on the solicitation when advertised. Attention shall be given to motivating and educating patients to achieve and maintain independence in activities of daily living. The intended contract is anticipated as one year.
