Description: Due to changes in 10 U.S.C. §2688(a) caused by the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, Pub. L. No. 112-81, div. A, title X, subtitle G, §1061(21), 125 Stat. 1298, dated 31 Dec 2011, we are hereby cancelling the subject solicitation. Once guidance is received on the implementation of this legislative change we will re-engage with industry at a later date for the utilities privatization acquisition.
