- Description
- The Southern Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for Emergency Medicine Physician Services for San Antonio Military Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. This requirement is for Four (4) FTE with a potential to increase up to eight (8) FTE. The base period of performance is on or about 1 August 2012 through 30 September 2012, plus four (4) twelve-month option periods (through 30 September 2016). This requirement will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 621111, Offices of Physicians (Except Mental Health Specialists). The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 621111 is $10.0 million. The solicitation number is W81K00-12-R-0035. The solicitation will be available on/about 23 May 2012 at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm) and FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the Central Contractor Registration database (www.ccr.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. Award will be made on or about 1 July 2012. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be accepted.
