- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. NO FURTHER SOLICITATIONS WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A986512A027 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. (iv) This procurement is being issued as Full and Open Competition under NAICS code 532412. (v) The contractor shall provide the following items: Lease Genie Z-135/70 or equivalent articulating boom. Lease period is from June 4, 2012 to July 31, 2012. The equipment is to be delivered and picked up by the vendor at 319 E. Ship Creek Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska 99501.
